Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or Construction‑related field. 3–5 years of business development experience in interior fit‑out, flooring, carpets, or building materials . Strong A&D network and specification‑selling background. Commercially sharp, confident presenter, and self‑driven to hit targets. Fluent in English and BM (Mandarin / Cantonese advantageous). Preferably with valid driver’s license and own transport (claims basis). Entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and decision‑making freedom . Career advancement into Sales Lead / Head of BD roles. Ongoing mentorship and skill‑development programs. Medical and insurance coverage, annual and hospitalization leave, and 98 days maternity leave . As a Business Development Manager, you’ll lead business growth through strategic account development, specification wins, and partnership expansion across the design and construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth across A&D, developer, and corporate channels .
- Build and sustain long‑term client and consultant relationships.
- Lead A&D specification and project proposal development with internal teams (sales ops, procurement, QS, and projects).
- Manage key account pipelines, bid activity, and bi‑weekly forecasting .
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within ongoing contracts.
- Represent Quel International at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
