Key Responsibilities
- Real Estate Sales : Drive sales of residential and commercial properties to meet company revenue targets. Manage the entire sales process including prospecting, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property agents.
- Property Management Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities in property management services. Build partnerships with developers, landlords, and corporate clients for property management contracts. Promote integrated property solutions to increase market penetration.
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across sales and property management services. Provide consultation on property investment, leasing, and management solutions. Enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business / referrals.
- Market Research & Strategy : Analyze real estate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings. Develop tailored strategies to expand sales channels and property management portfolios.
- Collaboration & Reporting : Work with marketing teams on property launches, events, and promotional campaigns. Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Property Sales Achievement – % of sales target achieved (monthly / quarterly / annual).Units Sold – Number of properties successfully sold.Property Management Contracts Secured – Number / value of new contracts signed.Revenue Growth – Total revenue from sales and property management services.Client Acquisition – Number of new buyers, landlords, or corporate clients onboarded.Client Retention & Referrals – Renewal rate of property management contracts and client referral count.Partnership Development – Number of new partnerships with agencies, developers, or corporate accounts.Pipeline Growth & Conversion – Value of sales pipeline and lead-to-deal conversion rate.Average Sales Cycle – Time taken to close deals (sales + property management).Job Requirements
At least 3–5 years' experience in sales / business development (real estate or property management preferred).Strong negotiation & communication skills with proven sales track record.Knowledge of property market trends and client management.Result-oriented, independent, and able to meet targets.Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay.Office based at Forest City, Gelang Patah, Johor.Heavy travelling required for site visits, client meetings, and business development.Why join us :
