Business Development Manager

What you will be doing (HYBRID) - This will cover Sabah , need someone who is located in Sabah and expend the business.

 Plan & oversee business development efforts in assigned areas / clusters with

a goal to on-board properties onto network.

 Identify new properties that meet standards in terms of location, pricing,

infrastructure quality, owner (partner) willingness etc. and pitch partnership

proposal.

 Negotiate commercial agreement with interested partners.

 Work closely with revenue management team to drive top-line for the partner.

 Collaborate with other teams in such as operations, marketing, pricing,

customer support, finance etc. to ensure smooth functioning of properties on day-to-

day basis.

Qualifications

 Minimum 1-3 year of experience in sales, business development or

partnerships / acquisitions. Preferably have experience in B2B Sector.

 Accustomed in working under pressure of acquiring targets.

 Good presentation and negotiation skills.

 Good analytical and numerical skills.

 Thrives in a role that requires meeting new people, building and maintaining

relationships.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Up to RM6,000.00 per month
