Lecturer / Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor

in Finance & Accounting. We hope to find enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a strong record of professional practice, academic research, and / or enterprise activities in business management who can contribute to the growth of the

Business School of MILA University. Responsibilities :

Design and deliver high quality teaching and learning activities in line with the strategy of the University. Provide timely student support and effective feedback to students to enhance the student experience and achievement. Provide pastoral guidance to students when appropriate. Contribute to the planning, design and development of subjects and programs in line with the strategy of the University. Participate in external and professional engagements that develop the enterprise activities of the University. Plan, organize and carry out research activities that support the strategy of the University. Secure appropriate funding to carry out a personal research plan. Work proactively with colleagues to achieve strategic outcomes of the University. Provide expert guidance and advice to colleagues within the university to resolve complex problems (for those appointed at least at Senior Lecturer level). Any other responsibilities entrusted by the University. Selection Criteria

A. Essential Selection Criteria

An applicant must : Have a Doctoral Degree in the related field. Have a Master's Degree qualification or equivalent in the related field. Have relevant teaching experience. Have relevant research experience. Lecturer / Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor
