Job Responsibilities :
1. Training and Facilitation
- Design, develop, and deliver leadership training programs (workshops, training sessions, coaching sessions, and online learning).
- Customize training sessions, materials, and approaches to align with organizational goals and company direction.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive sessions for different leadership levels.
- Prepare Training Needs Analysis (TNA) before developing any training content or material.
2. Program Development
Develop leadership competency frameworks and integrate them into training initiatives.Manage the end-to-end training cycle : Training Needs Analysis, content creation, delivery, and post-program evaluation.Collaborate with managers and internal departments to ensure content and programs align with organizational goals and company direction.Support change management and cultural transformation initiatives for organizational leaders.3. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.Implement improvements based on participant feedback and business outcomes.Stay updated on best practices, trends, and innovations in leadership development.Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field.Senior position requires 5 years of experience in the training sector.Requires to be outstation often.Required skills : learning and development, business acumen, data collection, communication and interpersonal skills, public speaking, and Microsoft Office.
