Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail), preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining filing systems. Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries and supporting executives in completing expense reports.
Managing documents and confidential information with appropriate discretion.
Overseeing office supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
Acting as a liaison between executives, staff, and external parties, facilitating communication and collaboration.
Assisting with research, data entry, and other tasks to support various projects.
Any other task assigned by superior.
