Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with sales team members by managing sales orders / schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Conduct price verification and secure necessary approvals.
• Input customer purchase orders accurately into the SAP system.
• Prepare and issue quotations to customers.
• Convert approved quotations into sales orders.
• Manage Letter of Credit processes and coordinate payment to facilitate order release to the paper mill.
• Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
• Handle the processing of all sales orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Other duties also include operation reporting.
