Customer Care Executive
Winner Venture Sdn Bhd (WV) is a rapidly growing co-branding mobile prepaid service provider in Malaysia, established in 2018. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur as Customer Care Executive.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint, determining root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution; follow up to ensure timely resolution via phone, email, and live chats.
- High sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, via Facebook and other Social Media platforms.
- Provide customers with information about products and services, assist with complaints, questions, or requests; follow up end-to-end.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using products or services.
- Ensure interaction quality while within our SLA.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve processes that positively enhance customer and partner experience.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills.Experience in Sales is a plus.Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Talent must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, and English.Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.Benefits and Perks
