Job Responsibilities
Manage the full set of accounts , ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL) , ensuring all entries are accurate and properly supported.
Handle intercompany transactions , including billing, settlements, and reconciliations.
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports .
Coordinate and support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure deadlines are met.
Manage intercompany reconciliation to ensure balances are aligned across entities.
Liaise with external auditors and assist in the year-end audit process by providing required documentation and schedules.
Review accounting records and identify improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in full set of accounts.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.
Understanding on Taxation
Have knowledge on year end audit
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills to meet reporting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
