Responsibilities
- Support monthly closing schedule.
- Timely processing and billing of revenue as per each site’s commercial model.
- Recording and processing of financial transactions related to procurement and suppliers.
- Prepare monthly journal postings and monitor accruals, reversal entries to ensure action.
- Follow‑up items are closed after month‑end closing.
- Accountable for handling the full set of accounts, prepare the first draft P&L by site for Assistant Finance.
- Work closely with business operations and other key stakeholders to generate reporting.
- Generate output reporting.
- Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues identified and escalating to the respective parties as necessary.
- Ad‑hoc tasks as requested by superior.
