Responsibilities : Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, rules, processes, and constraints. Translate requirements into clear artifacts for the technical team to support development, enhancements, and bug fixes. Review solution designs and ensure alignment with business needs. Recommend workarounds where requirements cannot be met fully. Prioritize deliverables with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams. Prepare, review, and update system documentation and specifications. Review test plans and test cases for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Perform testing, health checks, and ensure smooth system releases. Provide day-to-day system support and ensure business continuity. Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies. Highlight risks and share best practices in risk management. Requirements Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Business Analyst : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in business analysis, preferably in the insurance / financial sector. Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) and system testing. Strong critical thinking, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Meticulous, committed, accountable, and a strong team player.
