Key Responsibilities :
- Install, commission, and calibrate equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and urgent repair services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers.
- Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and inventory records.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report field issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support and timely follow-ups.
- Travel to customer sites as required (domestic and potentially regional).
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.Minimum 1–2 years of relevant field service experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment or EMS environment.Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; software troubleshooting is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.Willingness to travel frequently.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
