Job summary :
Responsible to provide technical support, troubleshooting, maintenance and calibration equipment at customer site.
Job Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosis : Identifying and resolving technical issues with equipment or systems.
- Repair and Maintenance : Performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and calibrations.
- Customer Support : Providing technical assistance and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Installation and Commissioning : Installing and configuring new equipment or systems, ensuring they are working correctly.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining detailed records of service activities, including repair logs and customer interactions.
- Communication : Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to both customers and colleagues.
- Training and Development : Participating in training programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
Job Requirements :
Min Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 2 years experienced in industrial areaUnderstanding using electrical digital multimeter, clamp meter, general tools, and refrigeration system knowledge is an added advantageShould have minimum supervision skill
