Overview
We are looking for an experienced APAC HR Generalist to manage HR operations across the region. This role covers employee lifecycle management, HR systems, compliance, reporting, and regional HR projects, ensuring alignment with local regulations and global policies. Report to APAC HR Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, labor compliance, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
- Prepare monthly reports, including headcount tracking and salary benchmarks.
- Support performance management, personnel development, and employee training.
- Handle employee and consultant agreements, including renewals, salary adjustments, transfers, and contract modifications.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, including labor audits, insurance, and mandatory training.
- Drive regional HR projects such as health checks, benefit schemes, and policy implementation.
- Collaborate with local teams and external vendors to support HR engagement and operations.
- Assist in other HR tasks and projects as assigned by the APAC HR Manager.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an APAC regional role.Strong knowledge of HR operations and compliance across APAC countries.Proficiency in HRIS systems, data reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages are a plus).#J-18808-Ljbffr
