Define and understand end-to-end Junior Savings & MOHE customer journey in driving deposit portfolio growth. Responsibilities
Manage overall IT solution implementation plan (i.e. development, testing) and end delivery of change requests (CRs) pertaining to all Retail Banking application software / technology projects associated with Junior Savings / MOHE to ensure the software / technology delivers the desired business functionality to the required quality in compliance with the Bank’s business rules & operational processes as well as statutory & regulatory obligations. Work closely with internal & external stakeholders to create a segment stickiness & value proposition by growing the customer product holding (i.e. end-to-end process from acquisition till fulfilment stage) as well as to drive acquisition & portfolio growth. Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of system enhancements / projects. Propose, plan, manage & execute marketing plans & activities according to product strategy to meet Bank goals & objectives. Conduct Sales Training to all the branches on Junior Savings / MOHE Value Propositions as well as Marketing Campaigns or Leads initiatives. Seniority level
