We are seeking a proactive and motivated Recruitment Consultant with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment across various sectors and be passionate about delivering high-quality candidates to clients. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to client management, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their recruitment needs and company culture.
- Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address recruitment challenges.
- Provide clients with market insights and recruitment advice to support their hiring strategies
Candidate Sourcing and Screening :
Source high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, and headhunting techniques.Screen candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure a strong fit for the role and company.Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and updates.Recruitment Process Management :
Coordinate with clients and candidates to arrange interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful placements.Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth transition for candidates during the onboarding process.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and recruitment regulations.Team Collaboration :
Work closely with internal teams to share candidate pipelines, best practices, and market trends.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants if applicable.Requirements :
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment ConsultantProven success in managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement.Experience in client relationship management and delivering high-quality candidates.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing tools.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).Job Type : Full-time
