Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and scouting suitable candidates through various methods such as job sites or social media etc to fill open positions.
- To make calls and arrange for interview session.
- Build relationship and keep candidates informed about their application status.
- Pre-screen candidates via phone call.
- Make cold calls to approach candidate for job sharing, introduce or recommend positions to candidates with relevant experience.
- Achieve monthly individual target & KPI.
- Other ad-hoc duties as per required from time-to-time.
Qualifications :
Education level Diploma and above in ANY field.Internship experiences in HR / Recruitment Agency / Sales positions is additional point.Fresh Graduates are most welcomeCompany Culture :
