Product Manager, Payments

GX Bank Berhad – the Grab‑led digital bank – is the first digital bank in Malaysia approved by BNM. We aim to leverage technology and innovation to serve the financial needs of unserved and underserved individuals, micro and small‑medium enterprises, and bring positive transformation to the banking industry.

Our regional Product & Design team builds out digital banks in Malaysia (GXBank) and Singapore (GXS). As part of the Product Team you will lead high‑impact strategic projects across the region, manage complex stakeholder coordination, and help define our digibank product strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Conceptualise and spearhead product development using technology, data and partnerships to create best‑in‑class value propositions.
• Own and drive the experience for our payments verticals, delivering innovative funnels that leverage our ecosystem.
• Manage the full end‑to‑end product lifecycle : ideation, pricing, profitability, financial strategy, portfolio analysis, system testing, go‑to‑market, and long‑term sustainability.
• Execute strategic planning and ensure timely delivery of functional deliverables.
• Collaborate with business heads on products for the target segment and define system specifications.
• Drive acquisition, activation, usage, retention, cross‑sell and upsell metrics.
• Work with operations and tech to deliver end‑to‑end services and ensure best‑in‑class service delivery.
• Drive NPS and customer satisfaction, and ensure all products meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in UAT testing, compliance reviews, and keep products relevant with market updates.
• Automate processes within the overall wealth capability roadmap.
• Explore new financing initiatives and product launches in collaboration with Sales & Distribution.
