Employee Engagement Handle employee feedback and assist with resolving minor workplace concerns. General Administration Assist with ad-hoc HR tasks and perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
