Penerangan pekerjaanDeliver full spectrum of the recruitment process (end-to-end), including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Assist in campus recruiting events and process Provide onboarding support to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Support the organization and delivery of new hire training sessions. Contribute to other HR-related activities, such as employee engagement initiatives and maintaining accurate HR records. Bilingual proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about recruitment and HR practices. Willingness to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
