Responsibilities
Assist the superior in the overall operations of car park to ensure that it is managed and maintained in good order. Check Car Park System and Equipment on daily basis and ensure that they are always in good working conditions. Regularly check on the overall cleanliness and physical condition of car park. Provide support in car park traffic management and work closely with the Security team to ensure smooth and efficient flow of traffic. Assist with simple administrative tasks. Perform other car park operational duties such as system, equipment and cleanliness; replenishing of car park tickets, lost tickets, penalty charges, etc. Requirements
Secondary Higher Qualification. Prior working experience in the car park operations would be an added advantage. Preferably with some basic knowledge of car parking system and equipment. Possess basic mathematics and computer skills. Demonstrate thoroughness in the work and attention to details. Ability to speak and write Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia. Pleasant in personality with good customer service and people skills. Able to work long hours and during weekends and Public Holidays as well as to rotate on shifts.
