工作职责 / What You'll Be Doing

• 处理客户的来电、外呼及电邮,提供准确及时的信息

Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the relevant team.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures.

Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.

我们在寻找的人才 / What We're Looking For

Fluency in Mandarin and basic English, with strong communication skills. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Minimum qualification : SPM, UEC, O-Level or higher.

Work schedule : 24 / 7 shift rotation – 5 working days per week.
