Account :
Generate and manage purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
Initiate payment for our vendors and suppliers.
Conduct bookkeeping using AutoCount software.
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Operation :
Prepare and compile management papers for project tenders as required.
Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.
