Key Responsibilities :
1. Offline Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute offline marketing activities including events, roadshows, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Coordinate print advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters and other offline marketing materials.
Manage outdoor advertising such as billboards, buntings and signage placements.
2. Brand Activations & Promotions
Work with the marketing team to develop creative offline activation ideas.
Ensure brand presence at relevant community events, trade shows and partnerships.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
3. Partnership & Vendor Management
Liaise with event organizers, media partners and vendors to secure the best deals and exposure.
Negotiate rates and manage contracts for offline marketing activities.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Monitor and track offline marketing campaign performance.
Prepare post-event reports and suggest improvements for future activities.
