  • Ensure efficient and compliant operations, including payroll, tax, and labor law adherence in all supported jurisdictions.
  • Streamline processes and adopt cutting-edge technologies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks associated with operating in multiple countries and regions.

  • Develop and manage the companys budget to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Optimize cost structures while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders and investors.

    • Team Building and Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, employee engagement, and professional development.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring alignment with the companys objectives.

  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing the business to clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Stay informed of global workforce trends, ensuring the company remains a thought leader in the EOR industry.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and drive the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our Employer of Record (EOR) business. The CEO will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a global leader in remote workforce management and compliance solutions, ensuring sustainable growth while delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders.
