Job position : Thai Sous Chef
Work Location : Kajang, Selangor, Malaysia
Main Responsibilities :
- Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
- Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a Thai kitchen.Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and cooking techniques.Leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Culinary certification is a plus.Qualified candidates, please apply online or share your resume to
