Role Description
The Project Sales Executive is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion within scope and quality standards. The successful candidate will report to the Manager of Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company’s professional image and provide proactive sales support to drive business growth and increase sales turnover.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate, motivate, and mentorship cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment while resolving conflicts to align with project objectives.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are completed within the timeline, budget and meet quality standards.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through project updates regularly.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Possess Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.Minimum 2 years above of working experience in sales, project coordination, or a related role. Preferably with experience in the office furniture and manufacturing industry , handling B2B sales and project-based client solutions.Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and achieving sales targets.Good command of spoken and written English. Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.Proactive and results-oriented in identifying opportunities, with strong negotiation skills to build and sustain long-term client relationships for sales growth.Seniority level
