Sales Executive (FMCG)
We’re expanding into retail stores, CVS chains, and overseas markets and are seeking a Sales Executive to grow our distribution, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Approach new potential retailers, distributors, and stockists to list Fiskor products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent reorder cycles.
- Conduct regular market visits to check shelf placement, stock rotation, and merchandising standards.
- Coordinate in-store promotions and sampling activities with the marketing team.
- Gather market intelligence (competitor pricing, promotions, display strategies).
- Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Support export and corporate sales opportunities when required.
Qualifications / Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in FMCG field sales (snack, beverage, or grocery category preferred).Possess own transport (mileage and allowance claimable).Self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented.Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).Passionate about local snack culture and brand growth.Employee Benefit
