Job Summary

We’re seeking a TikTok E-Commerce Manager to lead our TikTok Livestream and Video Content strategy. You’ll manage hosts and content creators, craft engaging shows, and optimize performance to drive sales growth through TikTok Live and Shop .

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Livestream Sales Strategy

    • Develop and execute daily / monthly TikTok Live sales plans.

  • Create product storytelling, show scripts, and engagement tactics.
  • Monitor livestream metrics and adjust in real time to boost conversions.
  • 2. Team Management & Coaching

    • Lead and train TikTok hosts and content creators.

  • Conduct regular workshops to enhance presentation and sales techniques.
  • Build a positive, performance-driven team culture.
  • 3. Content Direction & Production

    • Oversee TikTok video production aligned with sales objectives.

  • Repurpose live content into short-form videos to expand reach.
  • Maintain high creative and visual standards across all outputs.
  • 4. Data Analysis & Optimization

    • Track engagement, conversion, and video ROI metrics.

  • Identify insights and implement improvements for higher performance.
  • Partner with Product and E-Commerce teams on campaigns and product highlights.
  • Deliver regular reports and propose new growth strategies.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in TikTok Live or video content management.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
  • 3+ years experience in livestream production or social media management (preferred).
  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma or higher (preferred).
  • Able to work on-site in Kapar, Selangor .

    • Working Hours

  • 6 days / week (alternate Saturdays)
  • 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Sunday off
