About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant - Retail to join our team at Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. This is a full-time position within our vibrant Retail division, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

What you'll be doing

• Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for all our customers
• Assisting with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organised retail environment
• Contributing to the ongoing improvement of store processes and procedures
• Participating in staff training and development programs
