Job Description

The Category Business Lead will take full responsibility for driving the performance, growth, and profitability of the assigned category and its brands. This role is a full P&L ownership position, requiring a strategic yet hands-on leader who can manage all aspects of business operations – from sales and marketing to regulatory compliance and supply chain management.

The successful candidate will be accountable for setting direction, leading execution, and ensuring that all business and financial KPIs are met or exceeded, while positioning the category for sustainable long-term growth.

• Own Commercial Success : Oversee sales, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory operations to deliver results.

• Champion Brand Development : Balance core, innovation, and renovation to build a winning portfolio.
• Ensure Operational Excellence : Partner across teams to maintain compliance, availability, and efficiency.
