Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct Preventive and Reparative Maintenance duties on automated production machinery, equipment and fixtures.
• Conduct troubleshooting for automated production machinery, including robotic systems, pneumatic systems and electro / mechanical systems.
• Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and integration of various components within the automated system.
• Conduct testing and commissioning to ensure that the automation systems operate correctly and meet performance expectations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to restore equipment to proper working order.
• Perform equipment moves and setups.
• Other duties as assigned.
