AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

• Conduct repair, diagnosis and troubleshooting work with known repair methods at reception time. Increases customer satisfaction by performing minor service / repair correctly and clean the first time.
• Assist Senior Mechanics and other mechanics, whenever required.
• Perform PDI of new vehicles.
• Accomplish and maintain high levels of quality, productivity and efficiency; achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets to maintain a low rate of comeback repairs or complaints.
• Immediately inform Outlet Head of any work delays when jobs cannot meet the actual flat rate time.
• Be responsible for tools supplied.
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.
