Overview

The Site IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting IT operations for Singapore site. This role will ensure the smooth functioning of IT services for over 100 users and the maintenance of about 20 meeting rooms equipped with advanced technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software and network issues.
• Provide second-line support for end users in person.
• Ensures timely resolution of issue and resolve support tickets accordingly to priority and SLA timelines.
• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Collaborate with global and / or regional project team, take the lead role of the projects roll out / implementation on the site.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the meeting rooms, including AV equipment, video conferencing systems, and other related technologies.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software for office or remote users.
• Supporting IT hardware and software lifecycle management by monitoring and maintaining IT asset inventory which includes hardware, software licenses, and equipment.
• Participate in IT onboarding activities for new employees.
• Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and support.
• Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications.
