About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Intrinseque Health' in Melaka. As a full-time Human Resource Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates to support the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates
  • Screening and evaluating applications to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process with hiring managers
  • Negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline and cultivating relationships with potential talent
  • Collaborating with HR and business teams to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Providing recruitment-related reporting and analysis to inform workforce planning
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment or human resources role
  • Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and place qualified candidates in a timely manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a tea
