Our client is a leading multinational organisation with operations in over 130 countries, and is setting up a brand-new Global Service Centre (GSC) in Kuala Lumpur. They are seeking a Finance Assistant Manager for their new center, which will become a key hub for finance and shared services, supporting business operations worldwide.

Location : Kuala Lumpur | Salary : RM8,000

Key Responsibilities

• Review, check, and process vendor payments and employee reimbursements in line with policies and timelines.
• Manage vendor reconciliations and resolve Accounts Payable queries.
• Liaise with banks for transactions, queries, and statements.
• Conduct GL reviews, ensuring accurate Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Support statutory, tax, gratuity trust, and FRP audits.
• Oversee fixed asset verification and adjustments under proper approvals.
• Prepare MIS, ad-hoc reports, and cash flow statements.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to a growing team within the new SSC.
