SAP Functional Analyst - Supply Chain

Overview

• Assume the role of business analyst and functional support for Supply Chain domain covering the Source to Pay, Procure to Pay and Inventory Management processes enabled via SAP S / 4HANA and SAP Ariba.
• Able to work with and support business users to analyze pain points, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues effectively within SLA and good quality.
• Manage support incidents or service requests, including documentation and update in the IT support ticketing system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Able to embed SAP best practices to improve current business processes or SAP practices to reduce recurring issues.
• Able to work with stakeholders to gather new business requirements for project delivery or system enhancements.
• Analyze requirements and propose solutions to address business needs based on SAP standard design, and development of functional specifications for approved customizations.
• Able to configure system, perform unit testing, user acceptance testing and data migration activities.
• Prepare and deliver end user training to support right utilization of system.
