English AI Trainer

Responsibilities : 1.

Project Needs Analysis : Deeply understanding business requirements, design and optimize dialog flows for intelligent products such as customer service, outbound calling, IVR, and agent assistance, ensuring products meet customer needs across various scenarios.

2.

AI Model Training : Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP), regular expressions, and other technologies to train and fine-tune models for text and speech bots, enhancing recognition accuracy, comprehension capabilities, and response quality.

3.

Knowledge Base Maintenance : Build and continuously optimize customer knowledge bases, including FAQs, task engines, and casual chats, ensuring robots can accurately and efficiently answer user questions.

4.

Operational Data Analysis : Employ data analysis tools to monitor and analyze the usage of intelligent products, evaluate their performance, propose improvement suggestions, and drive implementation.

5.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Maintain close communication with sales, pre-sales, product managers, and technical departments to ensure the smooth promotion and implementation of intelligent projects.

Requirements : 1.

At least 2 years of experience as an AI trainer or in a related field, familiar with the operational processes of intelligent products.

2.

Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (Professional English Level 8 certificate or an IELTS score of 6.0 or above), with excellent English text comprehension and creation abilities, able to communicate fluently with clients in English and accurately understand and respond to questions in English emails.

3.

Understand and able to communicate and writing in Chinese (Mandarin) is an added advantage.

4.

Able to handle a certain level of work pressure and accept overseas travel and fieldwork assignments.

5.

Priority will be given to candidates with implementation experience in customer service, outbound calling, IVR, and agent assistance projects.

6.

Familiarity with Baidu Unit customer service product is preferred.
