AI Enabler Specialist

Penerangan pekerjaanOversee the execution of AI projects from inception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones. Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics. Provide technical support in the development and deployment of AI solutions. Work with data scientists and machine learning engineers to implement AI models. Ensure the robustness and scalability of AI solutions. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Prepare reports and presentations for the COO and other stakeholders. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Act as a liaison between the AI department and other departments. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on AI projects. Communicate AI strategies, projects, and results to internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies. Suggest improvements to current AI processes and solutions. Participate in continuous learning and professional development. Ensure AI solutions comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards. Promote responsible AI use within the organization. Assist in training employees on AI tools and applications. Provide support to users of AI solutions within the company. Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 0-3 years of experience in AI, data science or a related field and fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Proven experience in project management and strategic planning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with AI / ML frameworks and AI tools. Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of data privacy laws and ethical AI practices.
