Engineering Officer (Tooling)

Penerangan pekerjaanProblem‑Solving : Solving tooling problems for equipment such as drilling, tapping, broach tools, hob cutters, and more. Innovation : Driving tooling improvement through analysis, trials, and monitoring performance. Analysis & Reporting : Summarising tooling usage data for improvement plans and creating comprehensive monthly reports. Team Collaboration : Leading weekly meetings to update and monitor progress on improvements and activities. Optimization : Maintaining updated tooling lists, standards, usage guidelines, and cost analyses. Ad‑Hoc Projects : Taking on challenges as directed by your supervisor. Qualifications : Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent. Skills : Mathematical aptitude, cutting‑tool knowledge (added advantage), and strong analytical / problem‑solving abilities. Flexibility : Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to changing priorities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – we believe in your potential and are excited to grow with you!
