We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled individual to join our team as a

Senior Director, Global Business Services (GBS) Centre

• . The role is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable shared services to the Singtel Group of companies. He / She will oversee a multi-functional service delivery model, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards

Make an Impact by :

Service Delivery Leadership

(i) Finance Operations : Manage end to end finance processes including Accounts Payable, Billing, Credit Management, Sales Commission, and General Accounting (Record-to-Report), ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

(ii) Procurement Services : Deliver operational procurement support and vendor management, driving efficiency and adherence to procurement governance.

(iii) Legal Contract Services : Provide contract lifecycle support including contract drafting, reviewing, and administrative support.

(iv) HR Payroll Services : Manager payroll processing, statutory filings and compliance across supported entities, working closely with Group HR.

(v) IT Support Services : Oversee end-user support, IT service desk operations and coordination with Group IT for basic infrastructure and access management services
