Our client is a trading company based in Setia Alam, specializing in IC and Ram card trading.
Position : Admin cum Order Processing Assistant
Location : Setia Alam
Responsibilities :
- Perform clerical and administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Handle customer orders, prepare invoices, and issue delivery notes.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers on order status and delivery arrangements.
- Maintain and update records of stock, orders, and transactions.
- Support the supervisor with general office tasks and ad hoc duties.
Requirements :
Basic admin knowledge or prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.1 Year ExperienceFamiliarity with basic computer operations is a plus.Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.English and BM Written and Spoken is a must.Must possess own transport.Remuneration packages :
Basic : RM1,700 - RM2,200
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Working Days : Monday – Saturday ; Saturday Full day
Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay : RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
