- Responsible in preparing, reviewing and analyze the full set of management accounts including GL, Fixed, Inventory, AP / AR, journal entries and month-end closing.
- Responsible in preparing the cash flow projection and analysis for management reporting purposes.
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system, in accordance with applicable accounting and reporting regulations.
- Proactively identify, report and resolve accounting related issues, discrepancies and abnormal transactions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and monitoring of actual performance against budget.
- Liaising with bankers, company secretary, auditors, tax agents and other related authorities on company related matters.
- Provide support to operation team in day-to-day finance related matters.
- To lead improvement projects at Finance department.
- Assist in yearly audit exercise, prepare financial statements and corporate tax submission.
- Maintain proper documentation and uphold internal controls and accounting standards.
- Mentor and supervise finance staff when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance with minimum 8 years working experience in Manufacturing Industry.Computer literate – Microsoft Excel / Word / ERP system and accounting software.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Strong analytical skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.Ability to multi-task, plan effectively, commitment to continuous improvement and meeting tight deadlines.Perks and benefits : Medical, Dental, Parking, Insurance Scheme, 2 months contractual bonus.
