What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review complex financial statements and investment schedules.
• Lead and coordinate financial statement audits.
• Present financial statements at Board and Shareholder meetings in the Cayman Islands and internationally.
• Build and maintain strong client and service provider relationships through effective communication.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including client due diligence and maintaining corporate records per Cayman Islands Monetary Authority requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with banking, financial, and investment institutions to optimize financial strategies.
• Collaborate with senior team members to provide innovative ideas and strategic insights.
• Mentor junior team members and gradually take on people management responsibilities.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
