Job Purpose

As the Senior Executive Brand & Creative, you will assist in shaping, building, and amplifying the brand identity of a forward-thinking, bold snack startup. This role requires a visionary who thrives on crafting compelling narratives, driving innovative campaigns, and building deep connections with audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve the brand’s DNA, ensuring alignment with bold, forward-thinking principles and international market expectations.

Develop and execute dynamic brand strategies that balance short-term growth with long-term equity building.

Manage and oversee global brand marketing efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all regions (currently 3-5 core markets and growing).

Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies for new product developments (NPD), ensuring successful awareness and adoption.

Grow the brand community through strategic outreach and partnerships with other brands, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and relevant stakeholders.

Lead the creation of captivating, thumb-stopping content across all digital platforms, particularly social media.
