Superdrill & Wire Cut

Set up and operate Wire Cut EDM and Superdrill (EDM Hole Drilling) machines according to technical drawings and job orders.

Prepare and install workpieces, jigs, and electrodes, ensuring correct alignment and positioning.

Load EDM programs or perform manual input as needed, adjusting parameters for speed, accuracy, and finish.

Monitor machine operations to ensure machining accuracy and make adjustments when necessary.

Measure and inspect completed parts using precision tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs.

Record job details, measurements, and run times accurately for tracking and traceability.

Communicate and escalate any machining or quality issues to the EDM Supervisor or Engineering Team.
