Penerangan pekerjaanExecute digital marketing advertisements on digital platforms to generate leads for the properties put to market. Create effective ads that attract both quantity and quality leads, understanding all social media platforms and ecosystems. Research, improve and implement market -relevant methods in lead generation to suit the market. Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and lead a team of people. Track KPI and hit the target for lead generation goals. Currently active in digital marketing, particularly in generating quality leads for high-value products. 3-5 years of relevant experience in lead generation , lead performance management, and current market insights. Experience using various digital platforms including FB, IG, XHS, Tik Tok, SEO / SEM and knowledge of their dynamics. Possess a sense of art and graphics that impact consumers. Keen on learning and continuous improvement, able to self-reflect on performance. Company : Work in an industry marketing high-value products (homes) that everyone needs. Strength : Build your portfolio on all aspects of Real Estate covering Subsales and Project, with products priced from 500K up to 8M. Relational : Lead a team of graphic designers, content writers, and digital marketers, including the Sales team to achieve goals.
