Overview

• Data Entry : Entering financial transactions into accounting software or ledgers.
• Maintaining Records : Ensuring that financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and bills are properly filed and organized.
• Document Reconciliation : Verifying and reconciling discrepancies in financial records.
• Accounts Payable : Processing bills, preparing checks, and making sure payments are made in a timely manner.
• Accounts Receivable : Tracking and recording incoming payments, sending out statements and reminders for overdue accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation : Reconciling accounts to ensure bank statements match the accounting records and resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Filing and Organizing : Keeping accounting records up to date and properly organized for easy access.
