About the role

Ferrotec Power Semiconductor Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This full-time role is crucial in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products to support our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of materials and finished goods
• Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance and performance management
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to meet production and customer demands
• Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks in the warehouse
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics and procurement, to align warehouse operations with the overall business objectives
