Responsibilities

  • Manage the Service & Tenancy Agreements lifecycle from drafting to execution and stamping and ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.
  • Manage rental collections and reconciliations, monitor arrears and maintain healthy DSO levels.
  • Review outgoing bills, prepare payment and invoice requisitions, and uphold proper audit documentation.
  • Maintain owners’ statements and ensure renewals and payment reminders are issued promptly.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for owners and tenants and coordinate unit viewings
  • Support new scheme launches by setting up owner accounts, issuing support letters / sub-agreements, and facilitating clear communications.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by improving SOPs, refining templates, and developing light tools (e.g., Sheets / CRM).
  • Assist the superior in further refining SOPs and implementing new initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in property management, leasing, or client accounts (real estate, facilities, or hospitality sectors preferred).
  • Comfortable working with agreements, billing, and reconciliations.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with solid data-handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and clear communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).
  • A builder’s mindset — organized, curious, and calm under pressure.
